Employer referrals

Your information

Pheon Agency Ltd uses the learner's name and email, the employer contact's name and work email, company details and referral history to send the requested referral, track a subsequent provider purchase, prevent abuse and issue any reward. The learner supplies the employer details. We rely on legitimate interests in relevant business referrals and fraud prevention; recipients can object using the opt-out in the email or contact us.

Automatic referral emails are limited to work mailboxes belonging to limited companies and LLPs. The learner's confirmation is not consent on behalf of a private recipient. We do not add either person to a mailing list. We keep an opt-out record to prevent further contact.

Referral records are private to the learner and Academy administration, apart from the referring learner's name disclosed to the employer. Necessary payment and email delivery information is handled by our payment and email providers. See our Privacy Notice for your rights and contact details.

Reward terms

One reward per new provider, after its first qualifying subscription payment. The referral must be recorded before purchase and used at checkout. Existing providers, self-referrals, duplicates and fraudulent referrals are excluded. A browser referral lasts up to 30 days; the original email link can be reopened before purchase. Only one referral can apply to a provider.

A qualifying referrer without Individual Membership receives it automatically. An existing Lifetime Member receives one gift to assign to a different named person who agrees to receive it. There is no cash alternative or refund of an existing membership purchase. Membership is non-transferable after assignment. Pheon can reject fraud or duplicate claims, retaining an internal audit record.

Lifetime means access while Pheon Academy operates and provides the relevant platform and content. Online Care Certificate completion does not itself constitute workplace competence. The Individual membership terms apply to rewards and gifts.
