Individual membership terms

Pheon Academy Individual costs £49 as a single payment. No subscription or renewal is created.

Lifetime access

Access for the named learner for as long as Pheon Academy continues to operate and provide the relevant learning platform and content.

One named learner

Your membership is personal, non-transferable and not shareable. Updating your email or password does not change the named licence holder. Employers must use a Provider subscription for staff management and must not share or rotate an Individual membership between employees.

Included learning

Your membership covers the complete workforce course library, the Care Certificate programme and future additions and updates while they remain part of the Academy offer. NHS elfh learning, including Oliver McGowan Part 1, is accessible through the Academy at no additional charge and remains subject to the third-party content provisions in our terms of use. Separate owner and manager business guidance purchases and employer management tools are not included.

Completion records

Digital certificates and transcripts are free. Online completion records knowledge and learning, not unassessed workplace competence. Any required workplace assessment remains separate. Eligible printed copies are optional paid purchases.

Your rights and access

Read our digital content and cancellation policy and general terms. Immediate access requires a separate acknowledgement at checkout. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights. Access may be revoked for misuse, fraud or a necessary administrative correction; the reason is recorded.
