Your account

Give accurate account details, keep your login private and use only your own account. Complete your own learning and assessments. Do not share accounts, impersonate another learner or alter certificates or training records.

Using the learning

You may use the content made available to your account for your own learning. Providers may invite staff and assign learning within their plan; each person must have their own account and accept these terms when joining.

Content remains the property of Pheon or its respective owner. You must not sell, publish, redistribute, rehost or grant anyone else a licence or sub-licence to it. Download or print material only where permission is provided. Academy tools supplied for internal business use may be used for that purpose. You may retain and share your own certificates and transcripts.

Third-party learning, including Oliver McGowan

Some learning is supplied by another organisation and remains subject to its permissions. Where authorised access is provided, the Oliver McGowan Part 1 eLearning is NHS England elearning for healthcare content, not content owned by Pheon. Its inclusion here does not mean it is available to every account.

Use this content only for your own authorised study. Do not copy, download, alter, record, rehost or redistribute it, or grant further sub-licences. Limited printing of written material is permitted only where the content owner's terms allow it for personal study. Do not reuse its logos or branding without permission.

Follow the content owner's applicable terms and instructions shown with the learning. Access may change or be withdrawn by the owner. Tell Pheon promptly if you discover unauthorised sharing or a security problem.

Respectful and secure use

Use the Academy lawfully and respectfully. Do not upload confidential information about people receiving care, misuse another person's information, interfere with the service or attempt to access another account.

Your plan and your rights

Your purchase, subscription or invitation sets out what access you receive. The applicable purchase and membership terms continue to apply. These terms do not change your price, grant access to additional content, subscribe you to marketing or replace any separate immediate-access acknowledgement.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect accounts or comply with a content owner's requirements. We will explain the reason where it is safe and lawful to do so. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights.
