RESTORE2

RESTORE2 Mini training

Notice the change.
Know how to get help.

When you know someone well, you can often tell when something is not right. RESTORE2 Mini helps care staff recognise those early changes and explain their concerns clearly to the right health professional.

Our narrated course builds confidence through everyday care scenarios: knowing what is usual for the person, noticing changes, making a clear call for help, and recording what happens next.

45 minutes · Narrated learning · Knowledge assessment

Pheon Academy teaching based on the NHS-developed RESTORE2 Mini tool. Mini focuses on recognising changes and communicating concerns, rather than measuring vital signs.

Before you choose

Straight answers to sensible questions.

Still unsure? Contact Pheon Academy.

Are the courses CPD accredited?

Courses marked CPD accredited hold a current approval from Professional CPD Standards. Follow the accreditation link beside each course to check its title, learning hours and status on the public register. The Care Certificate programme is also CPD accredited.

Will learners receive a CPD certificate?

On successful completion, accredited course awards carry the CPD logo and course accreditation reference. Learners receive their digital certificate and transcript free of charge, and managers can download the records from Runway.

Are we committing to three years?

No. You pay upfront for 12 months only. There is no automatic renewal and no notice is required. Access ends unless you choose to purchase another year. The launch rate is protected for your first three continuous years if you choose to keep buying; it is not a three-year commitment.

Do staff need to work for the NHS?

No. The NHS learning offered through Runway is relevant to adult social care teams too. It is separate from our Professional CPD Standards-accredited library. Contact us to confirm your organisation's NHS learning access arrangements.

Do we buy each course separately?

No. A provider plan includes the complete course library for every active learner place.

Can we choose different courses for different people?

Yes. Managers can assign courses to an individual, selected learners or the whole active team, and add newly released courses later.

What does the annual price include?

Learner accounts, all online lessons and assessments, course certificates and transcripts, a final assigned-training record, the live training matrix, manager reporting and evidence exports.

Can we increase our learner places later?

Yes. Contact Pheon Academy to arrange more learner places for the remainder of your paid term.

Does online completion prove practical competence?

No. Pheon records completion of online theory and knowledge assessment. Providers must arrange and record practical instruction or workplace competency wherever the role and course require it.

Can we cancel or reduce the plan?
