What does lifetime access mean?

Access for the named learner for as long as Pheon Academy continues to operate and provide the relevant learning platform and content. It is not a fixed three-year product and there is no renewal payment.

Does this complete my workplace Care Certificate assessment?

You can complete the online learning and knowledge assessments. Required workplace competency assessment and sign-off remain separate. The dashboard distinguishes online completion from workplace sign-off.

Can I share or transfer my membership?

No. This membership belongs to one named learner. It cannot be shared or reassigned. It does not include employer dashboards, staff management or organisational reports.

Are certificates included?

Digital completion certificates and transcripts are free. Eligible final awards may also be ordered as optional paid printed copies. Printed copies are never required to receive your digital award.

Does this include NHS elfh or Oliver McGowan learning?

Yes. Individual members can access the NHS elfh courses in our workforce library, including Oliver McGowan Part 1, through the Academy's NHS connection at no additional charge. Progress and digital completion certificates stay in your account.

Does this include the owner and manager guidance sessions?

No. Those are separate purchases. This membership covers the complete Care Workforce Training library and Care Certificate programme.
