Care workers deserve to feel informed, respected and able to speak honestly about their work. Our new course, Understanding CQC: Confidence for Care Workers, is available free of charge. No employer subscription or purchase is required.

Three narrated lessons explore what CQC does, what happens during an inspection, keeping care first, speaking openly and finding support. Original practical scenarios and a short assessment help put the learning into everyday practice. A free Academy reference sheet is included.

Complete the lessons and pass the assessment to receive a free digital certificate. The course has Professional CPD Standards approval as a Level 2 Certificate. It is designed for care workers in CQC-regulated services in England.
