Six new safeguarding courses for children and young people
67 courses in our Children & Young People collection, including six new Level 2 and Level 3 Professional CPD Standards Certificates.
Six new courses are now available in the Children & Young People section of Pheon Runway. Practical learning to help staff recognise harm, respond with confidence and strengthen everyday safeguarding.
- Recognising and Responding to Misogyny - Child Sexual Abuse Within the Family - Child Neglect: Recognising Patterns and Taking Action - Anti-Racist Safeguarding and Adultification Bias - Learning from Child Safeguarding Reviews - Safer Recruitment in Children's Services
The four frontline courses are Level 2 Certificates. Learning from Child Safeguarding Reviews and Safer Recruitment in Children's Services are Level 3 Certificates. All six are approved by Professional CPD Standards.
Each includes narrated lessons, realistic scenarios, knowledge checks and a final assessment. Successful learners receive free digital certificates and transcripts, with training records available to their manager.
Managers can assign the courses to selected staff or their whole active team. All six are included in provider plans and Lifetime Individual Membership, with no additional course fee.
Pheon Academy now offers 267 courses and programmes: 191 Academy courses, 75 NHS e-Learning for Healthcare offerings and the Care Certificate programme. The dedicated Children & Young People collection now contains 67 courses.
