Eight Champion programmes to strengthen your care team
Develop staff who can support colleagues and turn good intentions into better everyday practice. Our Champion series now covers eight important areas of care.
A Champion should make a practical difference, not simply hold a title. Our expanded Champion series helps care teams identify barriers, support colleagues and follow through on changes that matter.
Choose from Veteran Support Champion, Dementia Champion, Domestic Abuse Champion, Dignity and Human Rights Champion, Communication and Inclusion Champion, Nutrition and Hydration Champion, End-of-Life Care Champion and Staff Wellbeing Champion.
Seven new programmes join our established Dementia Champion course. Each new programme includes four narrated lessons, realistic care scenarios, knowledge checks, practical exercises and a final assessment. The focus is on what staff can do within their role, with clear routes for specialist or management support.
All eight programmes carry Professional CPD Standards approval. The seven new courses are Level 3 CPD Certificates. Successful learners receive free digital certificates and transcripts through Runway.
Managers can assign the programmes to selected staff or their whole team from Role Development. They are included in provider subscriptions and Lifetime Individual Membership, with no additional course fee.
