New: Level 3 CPD Diploma in Food Safety and Hygiene for Supervisors
Build on catering foundations with practical supervisory decisions, narrated learning and an applied final assessment.
The programme includes the Level 2 Catering course and eight new supervisor sections covering food-safety systems, suppliers, temperature control, allergens, cleaning, staff competence and incident response.
A separate 24-question assessment tests application, with an 80% pass mark. Existing completed Academy catering learning counts. Successful learners receive a digital diploma and transcript, with optional paid printed copies.
GBP 29 standalone, or included in Individual lifetime membership and workforce access. This is a Professional CPD Standards Level 3 Diploma, not an Ofqual-regulated qualification.
