12 more courses for children's services: safeguarding, independence and leadership

Our children and young people collection now includes 24 courses. This second batch tackles safeguarding situations, everyday support and the decisions senior staff face.

The ten frontline courses are Professional CPD Standards Level 2 Certificates. Safer Admissions, Placement Matching and Transitions, and Safeguarding Supervision and Reflective Practice for Team Leaders are Level 3 Certificates.

All twelve include narrated lessons, realistic scenarios, knowledge checks and final assessments, with free digital certificates and transcripts on successful completion. Teaching draws on relevant Department for Education, Home Office, NICE and NHS guidance. It supports everyday practice in England's children's services, with clear distinctions between children's homes and supported accommodation for 16- and 17-year-olds.
