Four new courses: relationships, identity and transitions
Our Children & Young People collection now includes 56 courses, with four new Level 2 CPD Certificates for frontline staff.
Four new courses are now available in the Children & Young People section of Pheon Runway. Practical learning for staff supporting young people through justice involvement, personal history, the effects of domestic abuse and the move into adult health and social care.

Each is a Professional CPD Standards Level 2 Certificate, with narrated lessons, realistic scenarios, knowledge checks and a final assessment. Successful learners receive free digital certificates and transcripts, with training records available to their manager.
Managers can assign the courses to selected staff or their whole active team. All four are included in provider plans and Lifetime Individual Membership, with no additional course fee.
The courses focus on everyday frontline support in England: helping young people access the right professionals, preserving identity, responding safely to concerns and checking that essential support continues through change.
Pheon Academy now offers 257 courses and programmes: 181 Academy courses, 75 NHS e-Learning for Healthcare offerings and the Care Certificate programme. Our Children & Young People collection has its own library section and now contains 56 courses.
