12 new courses: young people's health, inclusion and safer support
Epilepsy, asthma, diabetes, allergies, relationships and inclusive support: our children and young people collection now offers 48 courses.
Twelve new courses are now available in Pheon Runway, taking our Working with Children and Young People collection to 48. This batch helps staff support young people's health and everyday development, alongside practical leadership for safer services.

The ten frontline courses are Professional CPD Standards Level 2 Certificates. Quality Assurance in Supported Accommodation, and Leading Safe and Effective Shifts in Children's Services, are Level 3 Certificates in Role Development.
Each course includes narrated lessons, practical scenarios, knowledge checks and a final assessment. Successful learners receive free digital certificates and transcripts, with records available to their manager. Managers can assign individual courses or apply them to a team through Runway.
Teaching draws on relevant DfE, NICE, NHS and Ofsted guidance for practice in England. The health courses teach everyday support and recognition of urgent concerns. Clinical tasks and emergency devices still require the appropriate practical training and individual plans.
All twelve are included in provider subscriptions and Lifetime Individual Membership, with no extra course fee. Pheon Academy now offers 249 courses and programmes: 173 Academy courses, the Care Certificate programme and 75 NHS e-Learning for Healthcare offerings.
