Three new courses: continence, tics and young carers
Our Children & Young People collection now includes 59 courses, with three new Level 2 CPD Certificates for frontline staff.
Three new courses are now available in the Children & Young People section of Pheon Runway. Practical learning for staff supporting continence needs, young people with tics and children carrying caring responsibilities.
- Continence, Bedwetting and Soiling: Supporting Children and Young People - Tourette Syndrome and Tic Disorders: Everyday Support - Recognising and Supporting Young Carers
Each is a Professional CPD Standards Level 2 Certificate, with narrated lessons, realistic scenarios, knowledge checks and a final assessment. Successful learners receive free digital certificates and transcripts, with training records available to their manager.
Managers can assign the courses to selected staff or their whole active team. All three are included in provider plans and Lifetime Individual Membership, with no additional course fee.
The courses focus on everyday frontline support in England: preserving dignity, making suitable adjustments, recognising concerns and helping young people access the right support.
Pheon Academy now offers 260 courses and programmes: 184 Academy courses, 75 NHS e-Learning for Healthcare offerings and the Care Certificate programme. Our Children & Young People collection has its own library section and now contains 59 courses.
